Rise Time Development Ltd. was established for 32 years since 1985 and was re-named as Rise Time Fashion Mfg. Co., Ltd. in 2014 to cope with the growth. We have our own production factory in Dongguan, China, which was certified in "ISO" & “BSCI" ( No. 16668). 

We specialize in all kinds of fashion and smart casual woven products like jacket, skirt, pants, dress and blouse with different fancy washings included denim for leading chain stores, mail order houses, retailers and department stores in Germany and other EU countries. To support our growth, we focus and enumerate our business essence as below:-

- we monitor good fitting sense and serve age groups from regular/young, Happy /Plus to Mama sizes.
- we offer NOS and FLASH service for short lead-time production,
- we are well versed in and follow strictly to EU import regulation,
- we work with "Okotex 100 " partners for different kind of sub-materials,
- we passed all necessary code of conduct exercises inspection by “ISO” and “BSCI”.  
- we have strong working flexibility because of our simple ownership hierarchy.
